From the day you kick off your implementation with JetInsight, we're here to support you. We take a hands on approach to building your account and training you and your team to make the transition as painless as possible.

Once you're up and running, we're standing by to help as your team grows and your operation evolves.

Implementation and training

We understand that changing the software that powers your business can be intimidating. Having supported hundreds of transitions to JetInsight, we've developed a process to make your transition as smooth, straightforward, and timely as possible.

The implementation starts with a kickoff call where we'll share best practices and hear from you on your goals and desired timing. From there, we'll create a customized implementation, training, and transition plan, designed specifically for your operation to meet your individual needs.

We'll share a template for you to fill out to gather some basic information, and then build your account for you. From there, each of your teams/departments will receive training on how to best utilize JetInsight (different options exist depending on your needs).

The system also includes a robust knowledge base that includes both articles and videos for each department on getting started with JetInsight.

Lastly, we conduct monthly training webinars for all JetInsight operations for any new employees (or anyone who just wants a refresher).

Ongoing support

Our relationship doesn't end once you're up and running with JetInsight. We're here to answer any questions and resolve any issues that may come up — and fast.

JetInsight Support is unlike anything you've likely experienced in the industry. We offer support via chat, email, and phone, and we measure our response times in the seconds and minutes, not hours and days.

We know many operations never sleep or take a day off, so we offer coverage 365 days a year, and during extended business hours on weekdays. We also include 24/7/365 emergency support so you're never stranded if there's a critical issue preventing a flight from dispatching.


Our ultimate goal is to help your operation succeed. JetInsight is not a cookie cutter experience - we take a consultative approach, listening to you to understand what issues you're facing and make suggestions for how the system can help.

Your operation will be assigned a dedicated Success Manager on our team. Your Success Manager will have full context on your account setup, and is a consistent point of contact for more strategic questions, configuration changes, and assistance implementing new functionality.

Beyond that, your Success Manager can help identify areas where you can use JetInsight to save your operation time, reduce errors, and improve profitability.
