Skills Required

  • Raw intelligence in engineering

Skills Desired

  • Experience working in early-stage teams and desire to build the team
  • A history of shipping production-quality software - specific language experience is not required, but experience with Rails, JS, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, AWS, Heroku is a plus
  • A strong interest in the aviation and travel industry


  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Hit the phone every day to create interest and demo online
  • Understand operator’s business needs and help them think differently from status-quo
  • Identify and communicate product improvements to tech teams
  • Execute sales strategy and keep pulse of the market reactions
  • Create sales documents and processes to build a sales team


  • 3+ years inside sales experience with consistent track records of beating quota
  • Experience developing a creative sales strategy to sell to clients of different sizes and business models
  • Ability to learn a very technical product and new industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-empathy mindset to act as a customer advocate for product development
  • Comfort tracking and analyzing pipeline with the use of a CRM system


  • Drive adoption and usage of JetInsight’s product and manage the operator relationship
  • Onboard and train charter operators through web conferences and in person meetings
  • Create business success goals for operators, and proactively track metrics and engagement to ensure operators achieve value
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product feedback to engineering team
  • QA new features to ensure product quality before going live with customers
  • Automate operations process and engagement to prepare for scaling


  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer success, or similar client-facing roles in SaaS companies
  • Experience working with a technical product
  • Track record of effective onboarding and long-term relationship management
  • Strong problem solving abilities to understand customer’s core issues and find creative and effective solutions
  • Product mindset to distill user insights and feedback for the company
