Job description
As a full stack engineer at JetInsight, you will work on all areas of the product – including a dynamic pricing engine, intuitive fleet management platform, and full-featured CRM for SMBs. Your code will help optimize the largest distributed aircraft fleet in the world, with difficult challenges involving route optimization, analytics, real time feedback, and reporting. From day one, you will be contributing to a product that is powerful and intuitive, and has clear advantages over alternatives in the market. You will get user feedback directly from the customer, and distill that feedback into features in weekly releases. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Architecting scalable solutions for new products and major product enhancements
  • Independently shipping production-quality code with an eye towards usability, performance, and extensibility
  • Maintaining customer empathy and a customer-focused engineering mindset
  • Building and maintaining automated testing on your contributions to the product

  • A history of shipping production-quality software – 3+ years of development experience on a product with substantive usage

  • Specific language experience is not required, but experience with Rails, JS, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, AWS, and/or Angular is a plus

Job description
As a Product Manager at JetInsight, you are the champion of product quality and user experience. You will understand and empathize with the various user personas at our customers (charter operators), and design features catered to their individual needs. You will work with engineers to ensure usability and efficiency of these features through mockups and pre-launch QA. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with the operator success team and customers directly to identify user requirements for new features and causes of complex bugs
  • Collaborating with the product team to scope and prioritize engineering-facing design docs and development tickets
  • Testing product updates and bug fixes for both function and user experience in a fast-paced weekly release cycle

  • A history of building tech products– 2+ years experience working in product management, QA testing, or similar roles in SaaS companies

As an Account Executive at JetInsight, you will build relationships with future JetInsight customers and drive our continued growth. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from developing leads to closing deals. You will intimately understand the nuances of the product and its advantages over other solutions, and will demonstrate the value it can provide customers through web and in-person demonstrations. You will be the voice of the customer, distilling feedback from potential customers and sharing product needs with our product and engineering teams. In addition, you will be tasked with refining the current sales process and playbook to lay the foundation for JetInsight’s future growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo to close
  • Building deep industry relationships through cold outreach and long-term value delivery
  • Understanding our customers’ business needs and evaluating our ROI for each customer
  • Capturing product needs from prospects and communicating to product and engineering teams
  • Iterating on sales process and playbook to improve efficiency and effectiveness

As an Operator Success Manager at JetInsight, you are the face of the company – you will own the customer relationship from the very beginning. You will work with our charter operators to adopt JetInsight’s software product, train their teams to use the platform effectively, and work with them on an ongoing basis to ensure success. You will distill, prioritize, and scope customer needs to drive future product development. You will be at the intersection of sales, engineering, and the customer, and are critical to the success of the JetInsight Network.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Onboarding and training charter operators through web conferences and in-person visits
  • Driving adoption and usage of JetInsight’s product and managing customer relationships
  • Creating business success goals for operators, and proactively tracking metrics and engagement to ensure operators achieve value
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product feedback to engineering team
  • Building and updating training materials and collateral for customers
  • QAing new features to ensure product quality before going live with customers
